system design, questions and/or comments can be address over the phone
during these hours. Our voice mail and email are available 24 hours, 7
days a week, 365 days a year. We may be closed or hold special hours of
operations during holidays. All orders placed will be processed during
normal business hours. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time
will be processed the following business day. Certain high value online
orders or next day service orders may require telephone confirmation by
our staff before processing in order to verify that the order is
legitimate. This is done to protect our customers from online credit
card fraud. Order are shipped via UPS and tracking numbers are
available upon customer's request
Free Ground Shipping
Details:
Certain systems and products will have free shipping via UPS ground
within the continental United States, this free ground shipping offer
excludes orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International
Orders. Requirements for free ground shipping are subject to change at
any time. When a product delivered with free ground shipping is
returned, the value of the free shipping cost will be deducted from
your final credit. For Free Ground Shipping when you spend $300 in the continental United States the shipping discount will be applied upon checking out.
Wrong Product, Missing or
Damaged in Transit:
In the rare case that an order is placed on an item that is out of
stock, we will contact you prior to executing the order with
alternatives or a time table for the availability of the back order
items. Please inspect your packages thoroughly, open all boxes
immediately and check for contents and damage. Please compare the
packing slip with the actual items shipped for any products that you
feel may be missing from your order. Please contact us within 2
business days of receipt of merchandise if any of the items listed in
the packing slip are not present or appear to have been damaged in
transit. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any
damage or missing items. Afterwards your purchase will be considered
delivered and will fall under our Return and Warranty Policy for
returns or exchanges.
Return Policy:
Unused products purchased from our store may be returned within 15 days
of receiving the merchandise for credit minus the original cost of
shipping. Specialty orders made for our customers may not be returned. All shipping costs to us must be covered
by sender, please use tracking and insurance on all items sent to us.
Returned products must have all of the original packing materials,
accessories and instruction manuals. Any products being returned that
are received without any or all original packing materials in mint
condition for retail sale will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any
Promotional items must also be included in your return, otherwise the
value of such items will be deducted from your final credit. Customers
must be issued a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#) before
returning any items. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a
proper RMA number. Original merchandise boxes must not be defaced or
altered in any way. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must
be returned to use in like fashion with the RMA number clearly visible
on the outer box. When a product delivered with free ground shipping is
returned, the value of the free shipping cost will be deducted from
your final credit. Items that are returned for credit that show clear
signs of use such as installation marks will not be accepted and will
be returned to the customer.
Warranty Policy
Information:
All products come with a full one year manufacturer’s warranty. Within
the first thirty days of purchase we will exchange all defective
products for a new over the counter exchange. After the first thirty
days, customers must obtain warranty service from the manufacturer
directly. All shipping costs to us must be covered by sender, please
use tracking and insurance on all items sent to us. We will pay for
return freight of replacement items (UPS Ground Shipping).
NOTE: Product
warranty does not cover any damage due to storm or electrical surges.
