All orders placed will be processed during normal business hours. Orders received after 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Free Ground Shipping Details:
Certain systems and products will have free shipping via UPS ground within the
continental United States, this free ground shipping offer excludes orders from
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International Orders. Not all products have the
offer of free ground shipping, please review the individual item's product
detail page to review the offer of free ground shipping. When a product has the
offer of Free Ground Shipping, the ground shipping cost will be removed from
Order when processed. Faster than Ground Shipping options will have the base
Ground Shipping Cost deducted from Shipping total. When a product delivered with
free ground shipping or discounted faster than ground shipping is returned under
our Returns Policy,
the value of the free shipping or discounted faster than ground shipping cost
will be deducted from your final credit.
Wrong Product, Missing or Damaged in Transit:
In the rare case that an order is placed on an item that is out of stock, we will contact you prior to executing the order with alternatives or a time table for the availability of the back order items. Please inspect your packages thoroughly, open all boxes immediately and check for contents and damage. Please compare the packing slip with the actual items shipped for any products that you feel may be missing from your order. Please contact us within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise if any of the items listed in the packing slip are not present or appear to have been damaged in transit. We must know within 2 days upon your receiving products of any damage or missing items. Afterwards your purchase will be considered delivered and will fall under our Return and Warranty Policy for returns or exchanges.
