thru Friday from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time. Customers outside
the USA please call 1-305-629-2684. Orders, technical assistance,
system design, questions and/or comments can be address over the phone
during these hours. Our voice mail and email are available 24 hours, 7
days a week, 365 days a year. We may be closed or hold special hours of
operations during holidays. All orders placed will be processed during
normal business hours. Orders received after 3:30 P.M. Eastern Time
will be processed the following business day. Certain high value online
orders or next day service orders may require telephone confirmation by
our staff before processing in order to verify that the order is
legitimate. This is done to protect our customers from online credit
